30-day money-back guarantee

BOULDER MCAT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

For session packages, the 30-day window starts on the order date. If you have already used more than three (3) sessions from a package, the refund amount may be prorated to reflect the value of sessions consumed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at william@bouldermcat.com with your order number (from your purchase confirmation email) and the reason for the request.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor (Stripe) back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
